Rugby trophy is star of show
The RBS 6 Nations 2012 Trophy Tour is to visit Musselburgh on Thursday February 9, where the official tournament trophy will be on display to fans at the local RBS branch on Bridge Street, before calling in at Musselburgh RFC.
Those wanting their photo taken with the prestigious trophy are asked to visit the RBS Musselburgh branch between 12-3pm or go to the rugby club from 6pm onwards.
At the club, members of the local community and rugby fans can not only get their hands on the trophy but are also invited to take part in a Q&A session with Scottish rugby legend Andy Nicol, who planns to share his unique experiences from playing rugby at the highest level of the game.
The RBS Trophy Tour aims to reward rugby clubs which have been performing well in their respective leagues as well as recognise the work they do in their local communities and to support the game at club level.
The RBS Trophy Tour will be visiting five other rugby clubs including Preston Lodge, Prestonpans, on February 22.
