Musselburgh Grammar U18s took part in the Calum Veitch Memorial 10s Tournament at Murrayfield.

Calum, who tragically died last year, played club rugby at Musselburgh and school rugby at Portobello High.

There are two pieces of silverware – the cup, sponsored by Hearts and Balls, won by Boroughmuir/James Gillespies, and the plate, sponsored by Edinburgh Rugby, which was presented to the Grammar by Netani Talei and Ben Atiga.

The Grammar won one and lost two, so went into the plate competition, where they beat Portobello in the final 7-5.

The Musselburgh team was Ronan Stott (Capt), Lewis Freeman, Arron Hay, Jason Gray, Graham Gillan, Liam Tulloch, Michael Morrison, Sam Brennan, Kamil Czarnecki, Stuart Dickson and Herman Akut.
