Tennis tournament to mark its 80th anniversary

Entries are now being invited for the 80th East Lothian Open Tennis Tournament, which will run from Sunday July 19 until Saturday 25 July.
With 28 events, more than 300 competitors and 600 matches played over seven busy days, the East Lothian Open Tennis Tournament has become one of the largest open tennis tournaments in Scotland.

The tournament began in 1920 and in 2009 will reach its 80th year. The event has greatly increased in popularity and games are now played at two venues – North Berwick Tennis Club and Dunbar Tennis Club.

Entries

Yonex are the main sponsors of the event with the MacDonald Marine Hotel and Spa, Scotmid and Braveheart kindly providing discounts and vouchers to players and spectators.

Closing date for entries is Saturday July 4.
