WEEE prize’s big incentive to East Lothian groups

Have your say

Schools, community groups and good causes across East Lothian are being given the chance to win £1,000 worth of electrical products as part of a responsible recycling initiative.

The community prize pot has been put up by the not-for-profit Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) recycling scheme, REPIC, in partnership with East Lothian Council.

REPIC is celebrating 10 years of financing the collection, treatment and recycling of around half of the UK’s used electrical items.
