Pupils at Sanderson’s Wynd Primary School in Tranent are practising the Woodland Workout promoted by Forestry Commission Scotland.

The organisation is encouraging young people to feel the benefit of the Commonwealth Games with the new workout pack. Targeted at the three-14 age range, it promotes opportunities for quality, fun and safe physical activity in the outdoors and includes ideas for games, physical activities and staging ‘adapted’ Commonwealth sports in woodland areas.
