An East Lothian farmer has been selected to attend a major international agricultural conference in Australia.
Barclay Hamilton, who helps run his family farm and business at Templehall, Pencaitland, is one of three Next Generation Scholars chosen by the Royal Highland Agricultural Society of Scotland.
They will help showcase the quality of Scottish agriculture and learn about the latest farming developments from international experts.
Barclay said: “I believe that continued professional development is key to the growth of Scotland’s agricultural businesses within the world market.”
