A Dunbar youth has been charged following a fatal road accident in East Lothian where three teenagers died.
Robbie Gemmell (16) appeared at Haddington Sheriff Court on Tuesday.
He is charged with causing death by careless or inconsiderate driving, causing death by driving while unlicensed, disqualified or uninsured and attempting to defeat the ends of justice.
The accused made no plea or declaration and he was released on bail pending further examination.
Jenna Barbour (18), Josh James Stewart (16) and David Armstrong (15) were killed in Tyninghame on November 25, 2013.
