Gardeners across the county will be emerging from the undergrowth next weekend as Musselburgh Flower Show prepares for a dazzling comeback.
After fours years in Loretto Church Hall – and a scaled-down version of the annual extravaganza – the event returns to the Brunton on Saturday, August 30.
Musselburgh Horticultural Society hopes the newly-refurbished venue will set the scene for its “biggest and best” show in years.
“The Annual Flower Show is a great local event, and the new facilities at the Brunton will allow many more people to come along,” said MHS president Lindsay Morrison.
