Book in East Lothian pays respects to Nelson Mandela

A Book of Condolence has been opened at the John Gray Centre in Haddington for people wishing to pay their respects to Nelson Mandela.

East Lothian Council leader Willie Innes said: “Nelson Mandela was an inspirational figure and taught people the world over about rejecting prejudice.

“What he achieved in South Africa in bringing an end to apartheid will never be forgotten.”
