Members of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award group, based at Recharge youth project in Tranent, recently celebrated their completion of the Bronze Award.
Christopher Sayers, Ralph Bannerman and Cameron Nicol successfully taken part in the four sections of the award - volunteering, physical challenge, skills and an expedition.
Each was required to gave a presentation at the award ceremony detailing how taking part had helped them to grow in confidence and develop new skills.
The trio were involved in a range of volunteering activities, such as sports coaching, raising awareness of environmental issues and helping out at the Salvation Army charity shop.
