An ASBO has been granted against Sharon Fairgrieve (36), of Beach Lane, Musselburgh following an application to the court by East Lothian Council.
Haddington Sheriff Court was presented with details of the alleged antisocial behaviour of Ms Fairgrieve which included shouting, swearing, fighting and playing loud music.
The order, granted for a period of 36 months, prohibitis her from behaving in such a way within her home or allowing others to do the same within the locality.
East Lothian Council’s safer communities team worked closely with Police Scotland to compile the dossier of evidence which was used to prepare the case against Ms Fairgrieve.
An East Lothian Council spokesman said: “The behaviour and actions of Ms Fairgrieve and visitors to her property have on occasion caused considerable distress to her neighbours and a number of complaints have been made.
“Despite repeated interventions by the safer communities team and the police she continued to behave in an
antisocial behaviour which has led to the council seeking the full ASBO.”
