Uri Geller to spend night on Forth island

Television presenter and world famous mystifier Uri Geller is looking forward to spending the night on Lamb Island, near North Berwick, which he bought just over a year ago.

He plans to visit the uninhabited volcanic rock in the Firth of Forth on Saturday afternoon, March 6.

Geller told the News in a telephone call that he planned to sleep overnight in a tent — weather permitting.

Keystones

He revealed: "I have been waiting for this moment since the day I purchased the island.

"I am excited about meeting the local people."

He explained: "The Lamb is one of the keystones to British mythology, and I am thrilled to be its new owner."
