Seton Burns Club held its 27th annual Burns Supper in Cockenzie and Port Seton Bowling Club last week.

Chairman Iain McLeod welcomed the company and introduced guests from the Thorntree Mystic, Tranent 25 and Airts Burns Clubs.

The evening started with the singing of There Was A Lad, before the haggis was piped in by Ian Wilson, followed by croupiers Gordon Jamieson and Joe Murray.

The haggis was addressed by Robert Pollock in fine style and after the Selkirk Grace by Duncan Morgan, the company enjoyed an excellent meal of traditional fare.

The chairman proposed the loyal toast and introduced the principal guest of the evening, Gordon Kidd, who delivered an entertaining and informative Immortal Memory.
