New website brings Musselburgh communities together

A new website has been established which aims to provide a “one-stop-shop” for community information across the Musselburgh area.

Taking in Fisherrow, Inveresk, Wallyford and Whitecraig, Musselburgh.info will offer a community calendar - with everything from shows at the Brunton Theatre, activities at the library, community council meetings, local festivals, exhibitions and special events - all in one place

Created by the Musselburgh area local community planning team, the website provides links to a wide range of groups and organisations – from sports and social clubs, to community action groups, advice services and Community Centres.

It also offers a list of useful contacts - covering things like anti-social behaviour, reporting street lighting faults, rubbish collection dates - and latest news from across the community brought together in a continuously updated newsfeed.
