Musical performance marks East Lothian’s LGBT History Month
To celebrate LGBT History Month, East Lothian Diversity Network and East Lothian Council Museum Service are hosting a celebration event ‘Now we are 5!’
The event will celebrate five years of marking the importance of LGBT History Month in East Lothian. Everyone is welcome to come along on Thursday 28th February from 7pm -9pm at that Town House, Haddington.
This event will include a performance by the Loud and Proud Choir and the Edinburgh’s Gay Men’s Chorus.
The event is free and there is no need to book tickets in advance.
The Loud and Proud Choir (http://www.loudandproudchoir.org/) are fresh from their performance at Rod Stewart’s Christmas Special at Stirling Castle, where they shared a stage with Michael Buble, Kylie Minogue and Nicola Benedetti. They have put together a very special performance for this event.
The Edinburgh Gay Men’s Chorus (http://egmc.co.uk) brought a smile to everyone’s face at this year’s Multi-cultural Day with a rousing performance, which is sure to be repeated this week.
