Haddington woman is served with ASBO

A woman has been served with an interim Anti-Social Behaviour Order for being too noisy and disturbing her neighbours despite warnings about her inconsiderate behaviour.

Under the terms of the interim ASBO, Kylie Fender (22), 6 Lammermuir Crescent, is forbidden to play loud music that can be heard outside her home or allow others to do so.

She is also prohibited from shouting and swearing loudly in her home or surrounding area.

A council spokesman said: “Excessive noise from neighbours can be the source of much distress and this ASBO underlines the fact that individuals must show consideration for others.”
