Musselburgh Museum is hosting a festive exhibition which aims to celebrate Christmas and evoke happy childhood memories.

Following a successful autumn exhibition focusing on Musselburgh’s royal connections, the town’s museum and heritage group has created a new display entitled Toys, Games, Books and Collectables.

Co-ordinator Simon Fairnie told the News: “The Christmas exhibition consists of displays of various toys, dolls, cars, games and books that will hopefully will bring back memories to adults of their childhood and Christmases past and show children the types of playthings that their parents had.”
