Banned from Prestonpans town centre

A criminal has been ordered to stay away from Prestonpans town centre following his release from prison.

Lewis Anderson (21) is banned from entering the High Street, except to pass through by bus, and from entering any pub in the town.

The restrictions are included in variations to an existing ASBO granted to East Lothian Council in August last year.

The original three-year order prevented Anderson from being violent or aggressive toward others, shouting, swearing and verbally abusing others or behaving in a racially aggravated way anywhere in East Lothian. He was also banned from drinking in public anywhere in the county.
