Prince Edward to visit Dunbar

Prince Edward, the Earl of Wessex, is due to visit the John Muir Birthplace in Dunbar, on Wednesday, February 27.
Jo Moulin, the manager of the local tourist attraction, said full details of the visit were still be finalised but added that it was expected to take place in the afternoon.

The facility in the High Street is the birthplace of the famous conservationist John Muir.

He was born 1838 and emigrated with his parents to the United States where he campaigned for the preservation of natural environments.
