Exam success for Preston Lodge

Preston Lodge High at Prestonpans has enjoyed an improvement in its exam results this year.
The school's success was revealed by a spokeswoman for East Lothian Council.
She said there had been an increase in Standard Grade results at all levels across all the county's schools.
She explained that the high standards in Higher results had been maintained, adding there had not been a big increase or decrease.
The spokeswoman said PL had recorded large increases in both Standard Grade and Higher exams giving it "an exceptional year."
