Super-fast broadband introduced

An estimated 9,000 homes and business are set to benefit as super-fast broadband is rolled out in Musselburgh.

BT announced this week that the service had gone live after engineers completed the local upgrade.

Brendan Dick, director for BT Scotland, said the arrival of the latest technology would be a “huge boost” for households and businesses in Musselburgh.

He went on: “These are economically challenging times and super-fast broadband can transform their experience of the internet.”
